We've introduced two new ways to make your Safari Portal account even more secure!

Require Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Account Owners can now require all users on their account to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security. Simply navigate to Account Settings > Users to enable this requirement.

Introducing Passkey Authentication

Sign in more securely and conveniently with passkeys! You can now use Face ID or your device's built-in authentication method to access Safari Portal - no password required.

To get started, navigate to Settings > Personal > Security and set up your passkey.

Heads up! Two-factor authentication (2FA) or passkeys will soon be required to access the Financials module and Credit Card Authorization features. We recommend setting up one of these security methods now to avoid any interruption to your access!

We've reorganized notification preferences into a dedicated Settings → Notifications tab, making it easier to manage alerts across Files, Financials, Tasks, and Messaging.

You can now customize File notifications, including when they're sent, how often, and who receives them. For Financials, you can enable payment status change notifications and add additional recipients.

Head to Settings → Notifications to personalize your preferences!

Save time and reduce manual data entry! Safari Portal can now automatically extract passport numbers and expiration dates from uploaded passport images, making it faster and easier to capture traveler information.

Add even more flexibility to your Travel Dashboards with our new Wild Cards!

Create custom cards with your own title, image or text, and an optional button linking to any URL.

Finding the right contacts just got easier! You can now search and filter your Contacts using custom fields, making it faster to find exactly who you're looking for and organize your contacts your way.

Collaboration just got easier! You can now assign multiple team members to a single task, making it easier to share responsibilities and keep everyone aligned.

All assigned team members will appear in your Tasks dashboard, so you can see who's responsible at a glance.

You can now customize your avatar color in Safari Portal! Choose a color that suits your style and add a personal touch to your workspace.

You'll start seeing your personalized avatar pop up in more places throughout the platform soon!
